DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier shipped from kerala to mumbai on 10 oct 2017 but still not received

My father had shipped his medical documents post surgery for mediclaim reimbursement purpose on 10th october 2017 from trissur kerala to powai mumbai. It has been 10 days now but the shipment is not received yet.
I have to submit these medical docs before 24th oct 2017 to my mediclaim agency else i will not be able to initiate the claim. Need help

i have send my parcel on 13th oct, 2017 from delhi to srikakulam, the shipment has reached hyderabad on 14th and still it is not delivered, i have contacted both the branch managers of vizag and hyd but they switched off their phone after a false promise of help. tracking no, is v41098935. please help.
