DTDC Courier & Cargo — Courier Status says Not Delivered - when will you re-attempt delivery?

Hi, I sent out a shipment from Bangalore to Mumbai on 7th November and was told that it would be delivered by 11th Nov. On the 10th Nov. it said 'out for delivery' and then on the 11th it said 'Not delivered'. Can you please let me know why it was not delivered and when you will re-attempt delivery?
