DTDC Courier & Cargo — Courier stuck in the source station (mumbai) since last 4 days

A courier has been sent from mumbai to guwahati on 11th june but is has been stuck since then in the source station itself with the latest status updated as "processed & dispatched from dtdc facility". It has been 4 days since i could see no movement in the tracking details. I have tried contacting the customer care and source courier station and they have no clue where the shipment is current stuck. I have raised a complaint with the customer care with the complaint id 02382628.

Kindly get the courier moving and get it delivered asap as it has got some urgent materials. I can wait for couple of more days but any further delay would prompt me to move consumer court as there is no point in spending more and send a courier as compared to normal registered post.
