The parcel with tracking no z95978462 has not been delivered yet. Plz look into the matter. They are having a very bad service. Never faced such a problem with any courier service. The courier was despatched on 19 july 2016 from delhi but still not received in thane, maharashtra. No helpline no works. Branch people not ready to help out.Incomplete details are being shown on tracking site.
