This is dtdc courier service, consignment number b71615333. Parcel shows reached destination hub on 13 july 2020 but update till 31 july 2020. Even after multiple follow up no proper response. Now status is updated as undelivered incomplete address. How is that possible when neither the recipient nor the sender was contacted. Even after there has been no update on courier status yet. Please look into the issue. Highly irresponsible service, what if it was some urgent document. Pathetic service Was this information helpful? | |

@dtdc - may I know weather it will be delivered??? No one from DTDC has contacted sender or receiver.
Worst service ever, I think this is done intentionally to cheat people. Please be little sincere to provide an update.
