The parcel was picked up for delivery on 27.06.30 . It hasn’t been shipped yet. The status still shows pickup awaited. On talking I’m being repeatedly told that there is some IT problem. The parcel was booked in premium service and should have been delivered by now. The whereabouts are unknown. I get a different excuse every time. There is no response from customer service as well. Highly unprofessional and worst service. There is one parcel which has to be delivered as well. It is with them since last 3 days. Neither they are delivering one parcel of mine nor are they shipping the one they picked from me. I am planning to reach out to consumer court if there is no response soon. This is daylight robbery.
