DTDC Consignment B33332319 Still not delivered. Booked on Jan 9, 2026 from Bangalore to Chennai, and today is Jan 21, 2026. The document reached Chennai on Jan 12 and still hasn't been delivered. You have obviously lost my parcel and don't have the courage to own up.!!!
If you have lost my document, be upfront and let me know. I even called Mr. Sundar at your SRP Chennai branch[protected]. He mentioned on Saturday that bcos of the Pongal festival, no deliveries happened from Tuesday Jan 13 until Jan 18. That itself is a big red flag that a courier company can be closed for deliveries for 6 days!!! Then why do you even accept the package in such cases? He promised to deliver it on Monday Jan 19. I tried calling him on 20th, and he is not responding to my calls or messages. This silence, unresponsiveness is the worst I have experienced with any national company. This is extremely disappointing. The source branch in Bangalore says they have notes on the system, that the parcel was tried to be delivered 3 times, and door was locked. It is a residence, and I checked with the recipient and he has not received any calls, nor has any courier come home. The recipient has informed the security to also receive the courier, and the security has also confirmed that no courier has come in the last week. This is blatant lying from your personnel and company.
You charge double compared to other courier companies, and we are fine to pay this premium for the service and promptness in delivery. When the basic fundamental integrity, honesty itself lacks, then you dont deserve to stay in this business. I have been a loyal customer of DTDC for over 25 years, and I know I (and my friends) will never come near you ever again. Was this information helpful? |
