Hi,

I had received a message on 20th Dec 2022 that my shipment D53239202 was out for delivery. But I didn't receive anything after waiting for whole day. When I checked the tracking website, to my surprise, thay had marked it as Delivered. I had tried to contact customer support but they disconnected the call multiple times after making me wait for 10-15 mins each time. I have raised an online complaint #4881895 as well for the case.

Kindly resolve this issue urgently and deliver my Shipment ASAP.

Complaint marked as Resolved 
The package was handed over to security without giving any call or message. I don't know why it couldn't be delivered directly to my flat. Bad service.
