I sent a parcel from Ghaziabad to Jaipur on 2nd November, It got delivered on 4th of November, Shipment tracking id is D88798859. I sent a Dinner set worth 2400/- and Dry fruit box worth 400/- packed in the cartoon, for which I paid 575 as I remember.
When It arrived to the jaipur location, It was well packed from outside but inside Plates in the dinner set were broken, Dry fruit box was opened and eaten. Receiver took the parcel and signed on that paper, since It was not a open box delivery hence before signing it receiver couldn't opened the box.
I raised the ticket 14942823 multiple times, called your customer support everytime they say "Sir I have escalated it it will be resolved and don't worry about it" the very next day I get an email stating that the ticket is auto closed.
Dinner set was costly moreover I paid the shipping charges for safe delivery otherwise I would have sent it from any xyz courier company.
I have attached photos also in the mail as a proof.
I am on the losing side despite paying for everything. More than money it is loss of emotions also for me and receiver also.
Please resolve this on priority basis as I raised my complaint and waiting for resolution since 4th November.
