DTDC Courier & Cargo — damaged shipment | |||
I am highly disappointed with the service of DTDC. Last week I sent a TV from Bangalore to Kerala. When the package was opened the TV was all broken. I spoke to DTDC office stating that this was packed by DTDC only then why it was broken. Without giving any second thought DTDC said they can not do anything, it your loss. As they mentioned, their job is to just deliver the product in any condition & damage is not their responsibility. I request you to take the action on the same get this TV replaced or refunded.
