At the time of booking our agent say it will be delivered In express service on date 13 or 14 December 2021 . But from 12 dec 2021 no update on dtdc portal, after call to customer care he not give proper answer and say due to liquid consignment banglore airport security stop this and not forward to hub.
But in actually no liquid item in consignment, our team not accepting our mistake,
And what is the use of our express service?
If it takes more time than normal service
If there is liquid item then why not stop at nagpur airport, mumbai airport.
Pls send me bangalore airport security report copy and reason of delay of consignment and liquid item in consignment.
