DTDC Courier & Cargo — delay in delivery for consignment no k18730759

Sir i booked for an article delivery to salt lake, kolkata-700091 from asansol-713301 on 29th may, 19 around 11 am. But till now it was not delivered to the address or not returned to asansol. When i checked tracking result through online, found that the article was received at facility, dtdc salt lake, kolkata on 30th may, 19 at 01.24 pm. But till date no further process is done.
Please look into the matter. It is very important paper. If it is not possible to deliver please return it back.
