Dear sir, i had sent a document addressed to maj gen ak bardalai, vsm, near army war college, mhow, madhya pradesh which was booked from tinsukia in assam on 31 aug with tracking no v49171908 and reference no[protected]. It is already a week and the consignment is lying at destination without being delivered to the addresee who is senior citizen and a decorated and celebrated indian army veteran.
