[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo — delay in service (delivery pending yet)

Dear dtdc,

Yesterday i bookd a courier from dtdc office near laxmi nagar (Delhi to jaipur) having shipment id e75004480 under ptp service, dtdc on duty executive commit me that package has been delivered between 12:00:00 hrs. To 14:00:00 hrs. But the package not deliver till 15:40:00 hrs. Even for this courier dtdc charge 405 rs. But regular charges is rs. 110/320 rs.
That package have some important material that need to reached in committed time but this type of delay in service give bad impact in trust of customers in dtdc.

Remarks :- this was my last visit to dtdc, m not deal or use dtdc service further after this experience.
