DTDC Courier & Cargo — delay on delivery

Myself keerthipriya, i posted an emergency courier to my frnd as it was extremely urgent for me. They told me that it will be delivered within 48 hours, but its more than 10 days now and the courier is still not deliverd. My consignment no is r31308962. Even i went
To dtdc franchise office in kasaragod to know about the status of my courier and they did not respond good. They told me to do whatever you want. They behaved very rudely also.

Please help me out in this issue.

Never thought that DTDC will act like this, the status of shipment is Un delivered, RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE (CIR) what is this I didn't even got call from delivery boy / delivery agent . how could DTDC behave like this and the package which I need to get is very important and urgent . please do helpful
