Hello,

My name is Vivekananda Gopal and I live in Military road, Marol, Andheri east.

On Sunday 12thFeb, I had dispatched 2 parcels [V33622319, V33622320] to New Delhi through your Sunday package from your DTDC centre at Military road. I repeatedly confirmed with the executive Mr. Sukhveer Singh Choudhary, whether the parcel will reach Delhi on 13th Feb during working hours or not. On which I was assured that the delivery will happen on 13th Feb by afternoon. He also charged me with a Sunday express fee of Rs. 1300/

The tracking showed me that the parcels were delivered on 14th Feb, instead of 13th. But the executive kept on insisting that the parcel must have been delivered on the 13th and that the tracking systems are not reliable.

This was a very important parcel to me, that had to be delivered to the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights [NCPCR] on 13th Feb.

The consignment no. C73495952 from oddanchatram, dindigul to sawantwadi which was send on 3rd Feb 2017 has not yet been received at the destination. It contains very important documents which was supposed to be recieved by Feb 10th. Plz do the needful.
