DTDC Courier & Cargo — delayed delivery of my shipment

Dear sir

I have booked my shipment on 12.08.19 from behala chowrasta branch, kolkata via consignment no. K32527287 for bangalore. I usually sent my document each month through your courier (Dtdc lite) and it reached within 2 days at destination (The himalaya drug company) but this month when i tracked today, status was showing "out for delivery". My shipment has very important documents and it should reach by 14th.

May i know the reason of delayed delivery of my consignment.
