I had couriered a parcel containing earthern diyas from bangalore to gachibowli, hyderabad. It took one week to reach the destination. The very purpose pf the courier was waste... The customer returned the same... And it was total loss for me. I made several calls to bangalore office and hyderabad office... But none of them received my calls. Finally only one person in rajajinagar branch received my call and offered to help in this matter. Also the diyas were all damaged. Handoing was very shabby. I want some.
