DTDC Courier & Cargo — delivered at wrong address

The courier had been sent from delhi to banglore on 10 th oct 2019 and the status shows its delivered but consignee hasnt received the courier yet. The delivery if at all done? Has been done on wrong address. The contents were supposed to be worn by the consignee on some wedding. Courier company is not doing anything.! Please help me to getbthe courier delivered at the correct address
