DTDC Courier & Cargo — Delivered to wrong address

My DTDC tracking code is Z54716910.
It consists of valuable clothing.
We got the message that our order is out for delivery.
but it hasnt got delivered.
Instead when we called local DTDC they are saying it got delivered in JangareddyGudem instead of Tadepalligudem.
Such a pathetic service. Doesnt even care to call us.
