[protected] on behalf of dtdc imphal, manipur called me up to collect my consignment from their office at khurai, i respond him to deliver at my house which is located within 0-mile. He told me he will/can not deliver and will send back the consignment (I have the record of the conversation). Why don, t dtdc officials/higher authority make an arrangement to satisfy their customers?
