The consigment v50663526 contains urgents documents to be delivered. The delivery told he delivered and took sign off from a person at the receiver adrress. But ths office is not updating the status that it is delivered We need proof that it is delivered... It looks like a deliberate activity done of office and delivery boy. The status is getting updated daily as out for delivery and undelivered at the end of the day. We used plus catogery to send this urgent document as we need proof delivery. We have booked the eCommerce product on the docket number D46207195 & as per the buyer information the product is not delivered to the buyer while according to the tracking status of the docket number it is showing this has been delivered successfully.

I want to cancel the shipment of a parcel. the consignment number is z79332040. This order was placed by me to the dealer and he sent it on a wrong address. Can this be cancelled and sent back to dealer.
