DTDC Courier & Cargo — delivery

I had received an confirmation on delivery of my parcel (ref no. X[protected] to be delivered by DTDC agent (contact number [protected]) however the physical delivery has not yet come.

When i contacted the DTDC agent he is just saying he will confirm the status in sometime and checking the issue with delivery boy. He is not responding to the calls as well.

My consignment no is V54388644. I was supposed to get a courier from West Bengal booked on 31st May but on 3rd June it is showing delivered when I didnt even receive calls from them. And now i dont know where is my courier. It has got very important documents
