Dtdc courier seems to be the most disgusting service provider. The courier was supposed to be delivered 2 days before but there is no update and these guys have no clue. Pathetic customer service. Especially gauhati dtdc staff. People please dont use dtdc ever. The customer service people are not even bothered. Please be aware before you use dtdc courier again

Consignment no. Z00702689. confirmed from ur site item reached on 29 oct. but delivered to the addressee. no mob no phone call is working to the agency ir dtdc courier iffice
