I've been waiting for the delivery of the "law compact book ordered through IGP site", have registered and filled in all the particulars required. The delivery person had not contacted me regarding the delivery and updated on the tracking site that I was not available for collecting the delivery. The delivery in my area is done conveniently every time, as I do assist the delivery person in whatever way possible.
A special note was also given along with the address (expecting early delivery).
The DTDC staff are not assisting me to get my courier.
The Last update I got was on 11th march that it was dispatched to Delhi again and now they are not receiving my call neither are they updating anything on the tracking ID given (tracking ID: Z[protected].
Kindly look into this matter ASAP, looking forward to hearing from you soon
