I booked a courier through dtdc (D[protected] on 31.07.2020. Parcel was reached your franchisee point "ankur enterprise"on 03.08.2020. Portal shown on the way for delivery. But in late afternoon receiver received a call from franchisee. Owner (She) told that parcel was not delivered before next thursday /friday (Dt -06-8-20/07-8-20). Yesterday not received, today morning receiver called that point again, now she said before sunday not possible. Is this service provide by your company, whenever some parcel was collect on that area then franchisee forward the parcel otherwise wait for more parcel. Owner said from her point to delivery point address is more than 10km so not possible to go there. Against this service i mail ur concern team "css.[protected]@dtdc.com", [protected]@dtdc.com. Unfortunatly till no reply received.
