Hi, i read your motto, which says ' we strive to provide excellent customer satisfaction. ' unfortunately i dont think this is the case..in regards to ref no: r[protected] the parcel was scheduled to be delivered on the 24th at home, however my parents were called to come and collect the parcel from the office, if not it will be returned to the vendor. I don't think this is a good customer service from your part and it is highly disgusting to note your employees are not doing their job well.
