[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — Delivery on wrong address

naveen mandi gate, near shiv temple agra road, shikohabad. pin code 283135.

I got following message from DTDC courier and cargo yesterday-
D83302635 is out for delivery.Plz share SMILE CODE (2885) with Dly Agent, for Zero Contact Delivery. DTDC won't ask for any payment OTP
I received this message on 5 November 2021 at 2:17pm
After that i tracked my shipment and found that it has been delivered at wrong address. It has been delivered to someone else named singhttt. I neither know this person nor his address. I didn't receive any package on the above mentioned date. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible as the courier contains very important academic books.
