[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — destination address is wrong

Dear sir/madam, A courier from mumbai was sent through dtdc to my address at pincode :-768218(belpahar)(state-odisha) But when tracking online it says destination at cuttack[protected]state-odisha) This is a compelete negligence by dtdc, please take appropriate action to reroute my parcel to my address at pincode 768225 .Tracking no.-m74375446 +1 photos Was this information helpful? Jun 12, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Actually today at morning I was tracking my parcel and it was near my location, so they did good job .but they should have corrected the mistake in the 1st place DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
