DTDC Courier & Cargo — did not rcv the courier yet

From past 4 days, m wasting my time contacting dtdc guys to get my courier. This ws sent on 18th july and there are two dtdc ofc near my area. The online status shows as "mis route". I hv given 2 contact number and none of the delivery guys contacted me.
Every time i contact them, m getting two response. Our staff is outside or we will check and call back later. This s an important document.
Please do the need ful as m tierd of contacting dtdc guys.
