My name is Sharadwat Sikdar. I stay in Hyderabad.I have dispatched a product to my hometown in Kolkata (335, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Kolkata - 700082) in my fathers name Mr. Sajib Kumar Sikdar on 12th March 2022 through DTDC. The consignment number is H28280801. It was dispatched in Kolkata but still didnt reached to my home though its showing that the product has been delivered in 15th Match 2022. Furthermore when my father called to the receptionist of Kolkata for query she replied in a very rude way. Please help as my father is nearly 70 years and its hard for him to take this tension.
