DTDC Courier & Cargo — doesn't home deliver | |||||
I have placed order on myvishal.com. Myvishal send courier always dtdc courier and every time i collect from. Dtdc office. He doesn't deliver at my home or provided location. I file complaint against delivery boy in dtdc manager (Mr. Santosh) and in dtdc support team. But i can not give the solution. He said that you contact to nagpur branch. I also contact with myvishal support team but he is not give solution and he block my account. My address is in serviceable area. Distance from my address to dtdc office is only 3 km, but they don't home deliver. Was this information helpful? | |||||
