DTDC Courier & Cargo — DTDC agent took 40% Cancellation charge with in 60min

Hi Team,

Today (16th March-2022) around 2:00PM I have book a courier and later I due to some other reasons I want to cancel the book.
I asked to cancel the parcel the agent told like the cancellation charges is 40%.
Why you are charging 40% for the cancellation. Also my package is not moved from the shop?
