The delivery boy signed himself and status showing delivered. The same confirmed by dtdc company also. Dtdc contacted several times and requested to deliver the same but not delivered till date. Request to take necessary action to deliver the same.

A courier is sent to me from banglore to kottayam (686006) but still i didn't get any call about the parcel. Now when i check my tracking no it shows customer will collect it. I don't know from where i get my courtier. Firstly i got a wrong consignment number which shows the destination shyamnagar yesterday it shows it was delivered.what did i do
