DTDC Courier & Cargo — dtdc courier didn't deliver the courier but status is showing successfully delivered

I sent a courier on 1st may through dtdc with consignment number v45974530 from bangalore. I have been continuously tracking on dtdc's website and since 5th may it is showing successfully delivered. Till today 09-may-2018 my family has not received the courier and even not any courier boy came to deliver the courier or called on the mobile numbers. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)

I had done a book post yesterday, they told that it will reach before 12'o clock and they charged me 275rs from banglore to hyderabad and now time is 4'o clock still now it is not yet reached i want it to be reached before 5'o clock please take action and do something this is consignment number-E73904467
