I was supposed to get parcel 4 days back bt I didnt recive. After tracking it...it says ki parcel is already delivered. Customer care doesn't pick up too. Now what to do...I always thought dtdc are the best in country and really professional bt nw I shud say they r not.

Today when delivery person called me regarding the delivery he told me he cant come to my address because his bag is too heavy to carry in lift.
as my shipment took this long to reach me so i went to him for the pickup.I had to take a break from my office to go to him.
When I reach him he is already talking to someone on his cell phone.
I asked him to give me my package.
He replayed rudely.
I also check his back it was jut few kilos and he told me it has 70 -80 kg of weight.
I told him I am loosing my working hours in office please do it fast but he is not listening to me at all.
So I took the package and went to my office and I told him when you get free come to my office and take my signature.
then he started shouting and starts abusing.
and he never came to me for the signature.
Now I am asking
Is this kind of behavior is acceptable?
