Dear sir, With reference to dtc reference no: (K[protected]. Dtdc courier dispatch on 17th august 2018 from patna and delivered to dtdc pune hinjewadi phasei office on[protected] and my address is in detail for deliver to my home. But suddenly i got the message from dtdc you receive the courier from our office and dtdc provided wrong information in online tracking address is not correct and person is not available to receive the courier. I received the message with person contact number but phone is switch off and tomorrow is rakhi. Why the service is poor. Was this information helpful? | |||
