[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo — Dtdc courier not delivered (ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)

Address:Fuljhore road, fuljhore, jemua road, Dr. B. c. roy engineering college, Nivedita girls hostal, Durgapur , Pin code:- 713206

Sent a courier from purnea to durgapur (pin code:-713206).
Status is shown as Not Delivered (ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)). I have even tried to contect but no responde. AWB/ CONSIGNMENT NUMBER D28577234.
I could only see this when i tracked it even though i went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available. All numbers online seem to be wrong. They are very important books and this kind of irresponsible service is outrageous.
Please help to get my parcel.
