Today i have received my booked parcel but my amount not refunded yet. This is not my fault.
I have booked it from MyDTDC App. At the time of booking they not told me that the area pincode is not servicable. at the time of delivery they told me its not in delivery zone. i have paid amount from the app. If DTDC not refunding my amount then it is a fraud.
They have marked my Parcel to RTO (return to origin) from themself now they are not refunding the amount. Which is totally unacceptable Was this information helpful? |
