The product is from chennai. It arrived coimbatore hub on 22nd july 2020, the very next day it was shown out for delivery and end of the day the status changed to "not delivered (Address incomplete or wrong - (Cir)". After making lot of calls to their office, they told like they are having the weekly once delivery model in coimbatore. So we'll deliver today.
Again they played the same game today also. Please let me know when it'll be delivered.

parcel is missed and contacting dtdc several times, nobody is giving a proper reply. i have mailed, called and tweeted, not getting any reply from them. raised a query too, for that also no reply from their side. have lodged a complaint in national consumer helpline. kindly look into the issue as soon as possible.
