I recieved a call from dtdc khayyam chowk, srinagar that they will not deliver my courier at my residence at zakura, srinagar which is located in a city area. Dtdc being a reputed service it is not at all expected from dtdc that they will not deliver the parcel. It is not possible for me to go and pick up the parcel. Courier reference number is p46765632.

On 02/08/2018 we booked the consignment from Bangalore & Reached on 04/08/2018 at Kochi now while tracking on online it is delivered but we didn't
