My shipment [ : tracking query case status : new... Consignment no : z66274049] is out for delivery and the delivery person has not even contacted me once. The online status is a mis route... Seriously??? Then why do we provide dtdc with delivery address??? Please do the needful asap Your customer service is also pathetic. I tried the whole day It very urgent as it's rakhi pack.
