DTDC Courier & Cargo — dtdc courier undelivered | |||
I have sent an envelop containing two Rakhi from DTDC unit of Katwaria Sarai, Delhi to Odisha on 14th August, 2018 and paid an amount of Rs. 90/-. However, after 12-13 days the same parcel not delivered by the courier service. When I checked with the person concerned they told me it will delivered before or on 26th August, which my family members will collect from the nearest place. It is very sad and a bad impression that till now they are not delivering my packet and not informed the status of the parcel. it is very pathetic that people trust private courier service for online delivery. Is this an ontime delivery? Its very sad for breaking the trust of clients on your service. Was this information helpful? | |||

Product whose consignment no. Z70083074 was sent from firozabad on 20/08/2018 to Kanpur and contains rakhi.It is not delivered yet and i have to leave my station tomorrow at 3 P.M. please deliver it tomorrow before 3 P.M.
