I have sent few couriers from your dewas office on 8th april 2019 from dewas to rajasthan out of which 5 couriers are not delivered till date. And the managr at dewas office in not taking any responsibility whereas when i send my guy for enquiry he tells him another time to come he is doing that since more than a week. I have not received my undelivered package back. Kindly take an action and let me know when can i get my package otherwise i have to go to cosumer forum for the same.

Courier with Consignment no.- V52755348 is not delivered on its address and yet it is showing delivered when i track it.

Kindly search my courier and send it to its address as mentioned.

Iam sent the insurance claim documents on 12/04/2019.from palakol to Vijayawada but the cover is not delivered. The receipt no.H87006702.iam asking the matter at palakol branch but I don't get that answer

I am complain to the courier person from dtdc . phone is [protected], he is total rude behavior and he also abuse me . just i asked him why my courier is delay . i can't accept this type of behavior .

Dtdc is not working properly its suffering a lot I am doing online bussiness I send courier in dtdc 4days back but my customer did not received parcel so I called dtdc office for information there did not respond properly

we send one box to parvathipuram through drocket no: H86697065 dt:15.03.2019 delivered on 21.03.2019. we send pens total 25 pcs of parker pens but they give only 17 pcs. total 8pcs shortage.
