DTDC Courier & Cargo — dtdc is not delivering product and updating wrong status

Dtdc courier is the worst courier.

Dtdc office: dtdc express ltd, bommasandra industrial area.

Incident description:
1. Their delivery person is not coming to place to delivery the product and updating wrong status in their portal.
2. Delivery person is not even calling if not able to find out the address.
3. There is no any working contact no they have provided.
This is not the first experience with dtdc courier, they are doing always.
Last time they have not delivered my product and updated in the website shipment delivered successfully.

Is the consumer complaint work or simply we are filing the data.
