[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo — DTDC- Items not RECEIVED, but showing as delivered under tracking history

This consignment was sent from Bangalore (Consignment No. B[protected] on 11th March 22 to Raipur. This item is still not received, but it is showing as successfully delivered under tracking history. This is a important/urgent package. And also, I read it in many online forums that this is a general practice that delivery boys do to maintain their performance scores. Please look into this.
