DTDC Courier & Cargo — dtdc lost courier

Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your attention to an important issue that I have faced lately due to your services. I had sent a courier on 20th March 2020 from Mumbai to Gorakhpur through DTDC Courier Services. The courier contents were clothings and it was supposed to be delivered to my client. I would like to notify that the parcel has been misplaced by the courier company and it has not been delivered till date. The most important thing which I want to put forward is that the tracking status states an erroneous information of the delivery as “delivered” even though its not been delivered till date. I have been in continuous follow up for the delivery, but its unfortunate and I experience such an unprofessional behaviour from the executives who have actually failed to find the lost parcel and had been dealing with such pathetic excuses which is beyond explaining. I tried contacting Mr Dheeraj Mishra ([protected]) Gorakhpur office and Ms Jassi ([protected]) UP East for the package but they fail to find it in their record and have finally stopped responding to the calls and messages, thus I find myself in no position but to report this crisis to you and expect a satisfying solution to it.
As I have been in continuous business with DTDC from a very long time but this is the first time I am facing such a bad and unprofessional experience. I do understand the current scenario of the national pandemic and therefore I understood the delay in the delivery, but even after the unlock the delivery didn’t happen and now I fail to even locate my package. I have been continuously facing embarrassment for my regular clients and have been tagged as unprofessional which is unbearable for me and my reputation. I guess its same for the company too.
I would appreciate if you understand the severity of the situation and investigate about my package on a priority and locate it.
