My name is Sucharitha with AWB : V72137591, Complaint is executive never reached or called on the date of the pickup even after providing complete address with Google maps pin to location on the DTDC app.
After that next day I have requested for cancellation by calling the customer care.
After two days I am receiving a response on my query that the item is picked up and is transit. But the item is with me never been picked up.
No I REALLY DOUBT ON THE SAFETY OF THE PRODUCTS SENT THROUGH DTDC where the item status is in transit but the real status is the product was never picked up as per the schedule.
