I am writing this after utmost dissatisfaction.
I have booked for consignment i. E., laptop from banglore to hyderabad because of covid19 situation and ordered for premium service which costed me exactly 3722 inr for door pickup and delivery
And afaik, it's 1 day delivery as it's shipped through cargo

Today: 27th june 2020
Item has not been picked up and constant delay for no reason at least in my opinion. Both the pincodes are deliverable areas.
Called to customer care number multiple times, requested, requested, and requested, same answer will update sir.
One of the customer care representative, she told you ordered from mobile app, it's not valid, please cancel it and order it from here. Other representative told today by eod somebody will pickup.
Not sure, where is the problem, but it has pained be mentally, emotionally and financially. Further delay on this, has negative effects on my job prospects and life. Was this information helpful? |
