DTDC Courier & Cargo — DTDC Not delivered RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR)) - Updated in tracking but no one called

My shipment with tracking number U2673031 is not delivered it has reached Hubli hub and no attempt for delivery was made, the status shows as receiver not available, no call nor any message from the DTDC team, I am not able to connect to customer care and no response from them if I raise a ticket query, this is worst experience I am having, the package is very important kindly help me to get the package as soon as possible, thank you
